Allied Health & Early Childhood Intervention

Providing Inclusive and Quality Support Services
to Melbourne and Regional Victoria

At Inclusivity Support Services, we believe in providing therapeutic care that nurtures the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. Our Allied Health Services and Early Childhood Intervention programs are designed to promote independence, support development, and improve quality of life across all age groups.

Whether you’re seeking support for daily function, developmental milestones, or emotional wellbeing, our trained and trauma-informed team is here to help.

Occupational Therapy (OT)

Our Occupational Therapists support people of all ages to participate in meaningful daily activities. This includes:

  • Functional assessments
  • Therapy plans tailored to personal goals
  • Support with mobility, self-care, social participation, and leisure
  • Equipment prescription and assistive technology
  • Environmental adjustments for home, school, or community settings

Our OT team takes a trauma-informed, culturally aware approach to therapy, ensuring dignity and safety in every session.

Allied Health Assistance (AHA)

Working under the supervision of our allied health professionals, our AHAs support the delivery of therapy programs to promote progress between clinical sessions.
This includes:

  • Assisting with therapy routines
  • Encouraging skill development
  • Helping to implement exercises and activities
  • Supporting participants and families with consistency in care

Our AHA services are goal-focused, participant-centred, and help bridge the gap between therapy and daily life.

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

At Inclusivity Support Services, we deliver ethical, person-centred Positive Behaviour Support to help participants overcome challenges and build meaningful, safe, and empowered lives. Our PBS services are fully aligned with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards.

We work closely with participants, families, support workers, schools, and allied professionals to understand the reasons behind behaviours of concern and create practical, respectful strategies for long-term success.

Our PBS services include:

  • Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
  • Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
  • Collaboration with families, educators, and clinical teams
  • Staff coaching and stakeholder training
  • Monitoring, review, and goal-based outcomes
  • Focus on reducing or eliminating restrictive practices

Our team of trained practitioners adopts a trauma-informed and culturally respectful approach in every plan. We believe that understanding behaviour is the first step toward lasting change.

Early Childhood Intervention (ECI)

We offer holistic early intervention support for children aged 0–9 who have developmental delays or disabilities. Our services are play-based, family-centred, and delivered in home, childcare, and community environments.

Our ECI services include:

  • Individualised therapy programs
  • Learning and development activities
  • Family education and coaching
  • Support across everyday routines (feeding, toileting, social skills)
  • Connection to community supports and inclusive learning spaces

We aim to help children build their functional independence, improve social and communication skills, and develop to their full potential in nurturing, everyday environments.

Our Approach

Whether we’re working with a toddler or an adult, our Allied Health and ECI teams operate with:
  • Cultural sensitivity
  • Trauma-informed practice
  • Evidence-based methods
  • Family and participant-led decision making
  • Respect for individual goals, strengths, and lived experience
We believe that healing, learning, and growth all begin with the right support — and that’s exactly what we provide.
