Inclusivity Support Services is a NDIS Registered Provider committed to empowering people with disability to live independent, fulfilling, and inclusive lives. Based in Rockbank and servicing Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
We offer a wide range of supports tailored to individual needs, including assistance with daily living, community engagement, transport, respite care, support coordination, and allied health assistance. Our team also provides Positive Behaviour Support and works with Behaviour Support Plans where required. With Inclusivity Support Services, you can expect genuine care, strong values, and support you can trust.

A Message from Vicky Dut
Welcome to Inclusivity Support Services. I’m so glad you’re here.
This organisation was born from a vision that’s deeply personal. As someone with over ten years of experience in the disability sector, and formal training in Psychology, Neuroscience, and Clinical Research, I’ve seen first-hand how support can change a person’s life when it’s done with compassion, respect, and a belief in each person’s worth.
My heart has always been drawn to the voices often left unheard. I founded this organisation because I wanted to create a space where every person, regardless of background or ability, feels seen, valued, and genuinely supported. This includes our incredible participants, their families, and especially those from migrant, multicultural, and marginalised communities.
We are more than a service provider. We are an advocate, a safe place, and a companion on the journey. Whether someone is accessing support for the first time or transitioning through a complex season of life, our team is here to walk alongside them with grace, professionalism, and care.
At the core of everything we do is faith. I believe in dignity for all people because we are all created in the image of God. My passion for justice, inclusion, and equity is not just professional — it’s deeply spiritual.
I carry with me the wisdom and legacy of my late father, known lovingly in our community as “Mangongdit.” His story, strength, and humility guide everything I do. He taught me that leadership is service, and that true strength lies in how we treat the most vulnerable among us.
To every participant, family member, stakeholder, and future friend — thank you for being part of this journey. Inclusivity Support Services is more than a name. It’s a movement, a promise, and a declaration that everyone deserves to belong.

Inclusivity Support Services was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that personalised and place the client as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in an inclusive, safe and non-discriminative environment.
