Here are some of the questions we get asked most about the disability services we provide:

Yes, all our staff obtain police checks. Staff working with children under 18 years of age also complete a working with children check.

Yes, we can help you with getting out and about into the community more. Just let us know what community activities you would like to get involved in.

Yes we can help with this – including magnifiers and talking equipment.

Yes we provide our services on weekends and public holidays. Just let us know when you need us.

We can provide you with a range of services to help you around the house. This includes cleaning, meal preparation. We can also help with maintaining your yard.

Should you choose to do this work, we can help you find assistive products to make it easier and safer for you.

Yes we can. We can organise the transport for you. In addition, we can provide a support worker if needed.

We can assist with your goal to become more independent in your home. This includes helping you to access a range of assistive household products including myoelectric prosthetics or specially designed equipment to make daily tasks easier.

Yes we can. There is a range of equipment that has been specifically designed to help hearing impaired participants that we can help you access.

We have procedures in place to miminise the risk in relation to COVID-19. In addition, we continue to apply all COVID-19 updates, protocols, directives and recommendations from the Government, including vaccination requirements.

Yes we can. We provide Innovative Community Participation programs and can plan and organise a range of activities to provide opportunities for you to improve your capabilities, confidence and independence.
